About the Editor

Hi! My name is Asher and my DJ name is Eesh! I started DJing two and a half years ago and started DJing in St. Louis venues after I turned 21! I even got to play open decks at a bar the day after my 21st birthday! 

I wanted to make In the Loop EDM News for people outside of St. Louis as well as for locals who may not keep up with the city's EDM scene. I want to showcase all the new projects and events happening in St. Louis. I have read that for many national DJ’s, St. Louis is a 'flyby' city and they play here on their way to Chicago or Kansas City. However, St. Louis has a ton of fun initiatives going on and I think that as a DJ, I can offer a fresh and positive outlook! Thank you for reading, and you can find me here!
